Job Description

About the role

 You will manage all front desk procedures and support the day to day running of the organisation.   You will provide administrative support for NDIS therapies, private practice and Primary, Community & Mental Health programs.   You will be the first point of contact for CCPC and maintain excellent customer service standards to both internal and external contacts.  

You will be required to undertake a range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Maintain a presence at the front desk, field enquiries and welcome visitors.
  • Manage all incoming calls and convey messages to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
  • Monitor emails, referrals, schedule appointments, create client accounts and process payments for NDIS Therapy, Groups and other Allied Health services.
  • Create Service Agreements for new NDIS Therapy participants. 
  • Process and queue daily accounts for Medicare rebates.
  • Coordinate and monitor bookings for all Group sessions including participants and rooms. 
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the building, equipment, systems, and furnishings.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Selection Criteria

  • High level knowledge and understanding of general office administration duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, time manage, with the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent working knowledge of office systems including Outlook, MS Office, with intermediate skills in excel and word.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Criminal Record Check (CRC) issued within the last 12 months that includes working with vulnerable groups
  • A valid NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) to be obtained and maintained at your own expense
