Job Description
About the role
As the Rostering Coordinator (NDIS) you will provide support to the NDIS team, and people we support, through efficient management of all NDIS administration tasks. The hours of the role are 12.00pm - 5.00pm Monday to Friday plus on call Monday to Thursday (from 6.00pm until the last support shift, which can either be 10.00pm or 11.00pm). Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Rostering of Direct Support Workers (DSW) and maintaining home and community supports for participants
Responding to enquiries regarding NDIS services
Following NDIS administrative systems and processes
Managing and maintaining data entry for the client management system
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications in Business Administration or similar.
Experience in a similar position
Experience with SCHADS Award interpretation preferred
Proven ability to identify, prioritise and manage multiple tasks in an environment of competing demands
Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively to build rapport with stakeholders
Working knowledge and demonstrated experience using databases, software and MS Office suite
Applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Check, a Criminal Record Check (issued within last 12 months) and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
